Featuring cuisine using fresh local ingredients, the Saluda Grade specializes in classics with a twist. Crispy Duck Confit with Apricot Cardamom Chutney, Crab Cakes with Asian Slaw and Fried Rice Noodles. We prepare Hand cut steaks, Sunburst Farms Mountain Trout, Center of the Plate Vegetarian, and can also accommodate Vegan and other special diets. Comfort food like Mom's Meatloaf and Make The Grade Burgers are also available. Imported, domestic and local beers on tap, compliment an extensive wine list.


In 1998 Chef Kaye Vazquez opened the doors of the Saluda Grade Café for the first time with the dream of serving quality food, brilliantly prepared, and served in an atmosphere that was casual, upscale and fun. Today the Saluda Grade Café is just that and more, a Saluda tradition for over 15 years.
